XtraTHERM 2201 T Part A / 3103 LV Part B

This high-performance adhesive is particularly suited to the bonding of automotive vehicle interiors.
It is a thixotropic two-component, water-based polyurethane, which is sprayable, thermally-reactivated, and has very high green strength. Used for the bonding of materials including leather, fabrics and flexible PVC to moulded ABS, fibre, SMC, wood pulp, etc. by either vacuum forming or press lamination. This highly effective adhesive, can be used as a single component in certain applications, but in order to meet the extreme temperature requirements specified by OEMs within automotive manufacture, it is available with the 3103 LV Part B Activator component.
