MAIN CONSTRUCTION FEATURES AND FUNCTIONS:
- Heavy duty four roller glue spreader for use in a line.
- Precise control of the glue film weight is achieved with a screw adjustment from one end.
- Robust and functional glue spreader suitable for all water-based adhesives.
- Two ground and grooved rubber rollers working in conjunction with the stainless steel doctor rollers, allow fine adhesive control to either top, bottom or both rollers when gluing panels prior to pressing.
- The spreading rollers rubber outer layer is designing to allow a number of regrinds which considerably extends the working life.
- Fully guarded and safety equipment to meet current CE. Standards.
- Safety switches to the front and rear mesh guards prevent operation of the machine if tampered with during the working cycle.
- Application rollers are driven by separate motor and gearboxes.
